Each vase, from modeling to firing, is a great work of art created by the hands of our skilled ceramists.
. As tradition dictates, our Moorish heads portray two splendid characters: Suleiman the Magnificent and Roxelana. Proud, elegant, mysterious and colorful like so many of those things that recall the East. Our sultans show off beautiful features, enveloping turbans and bright and powerful colors. Suleiman is distinguished, wise and deeply tied to his beloved Roxelana: a powerful, mysterious and fascinating woman capable of being a central figure in the life of the great sultan and his empire. Two characters who have shone in History and who now shine through the features of this couple of Moorish heads. A tribute to the greatness of the history of Sicily and the Mediterranean expressed through the volumes and colors forged in the kilns of Caltagirone, the undisputed capital of Sicilian ceramics.
